Documentarist Eva Marie Rødbro lives and works in Copenhagen, Denmark. She graduated from the National Danish Film School in 2015 and Gerrit Rietveld Academie in 2008. Her work has been exhibited and screened internationally, among others at CPH:DOX, IDFA, IFFR and Ann Arbor Film Festival. Her work is centered around the lives of socially disadvantaged young people and as she focuses on the relational commitment and challenges, sometimes the same characters will appear in different projects throughout the years. Rødbro worked a lot with TV and created a number of famous Danish TV shows, about the likes of girls in psy-trance subculture, feminist sex education and horse girls.
